Our Story

Since 2006, WH Partnership (known as ‘WHP’) has provided multi-disciplinary engineering solutions for controlled environments and complex manufacturing processes to support clients in achieving compliance, productivity and profitability.

With over six decades of combined engineering experience across multiple disciplines, the Business was founded by standing directors, Nigel Hall and David Weir who established the foundations of the Business – an in-house design suite and a specialist manufacturing workshop dedicated to the construction of WHP’s modular, stainless-steel products and controls.

Together, the facilities form the heartbeat of the Business, enabling WHP to offer both standalone and turnkey design and build, commissioning, validation, maintenance to project management services to clients within healthcare, consumer goods, cosmetics and many more.

In 2016, the Business was further strengthened by investment from Enact.  Under the direction of CEO, Ian Lichfield, WHP subsequently moved into larger headquarters to increase its capacity to deliver key milestone projects in 2017.  The combined events marked the next chapter in WHP’s development.

The Business now stands as an 80-strong team of team of planners, designers, programmers, engineers and highly-skilled, technical experts and support functions.  Our collective dedication to delivering excellence in customer experiences continue to create innovative solutions for clients and drive the Business forward.

We offer skills and expertise in process and sterile engineering, design and build capabilities as well as manufacturing knowledge for compressed air and gas treatment technology, specialist hygienic pipework and stainless steel process plant.
